About Me

My Story and What I Do

Image
I am a seasoned professional with a passion for personal and professional development. With a business degree from Indiana University and experience working for a Fortune 100 company, I have spent my career coaching and developing people while leading culture across local and global teams. I studied the Enneagram personality system, earning an Enneagram teaching certificate in 2019.  I then focused on developing Personal and Executive Coaching skills, ultimately achieving a Coaching Certification through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute in 2024.

As a coach, I specialize in working with individuals to listen with presence to their goals and journey, and provide coaching on how to move forward on their path.  As a workshop leader, I focus on team development in a dynamic group environment. Additionally, I provide Enneagram classes to help individuals gain insight into their personality types.

I can help you along your path of personal development to achieve the goals you have in your life.
